"Sage smudging" is an ancient ritual where dried sage bundles are burned and the smoke is allowed to disperse throughout the area. There is typically a prayer or chant recited and the negative energy is released, leaving the home (for example) through open windows and doors. It is also believed that sage cleanses the air of bacteria.

The process of burning an herb inside your own home is easy, however doing such a thing in a public area may be frowned upon. Working in an office, negativity is often around every corner - but you can't walk around with something smoking and not get some unwanted attention. That is where this spray comes in! Everyone uses some form of fragrance spray as a air freshener, this spray is no different in appearance.

This simple spray from Moonwater Elixirs allows you to spray sage instead of having to burn it. Using this spray throughout the area leaves a nice fresh sage scent.

I tried it! It does leave a nice light scent, and is not greasy or oily at all. I use this in my oil diffuser and it worked great as well. The best part is: the scent is not heavy, it is a light airy natural sage scent.

Get yourself a bottle and try for yourself! Moonwater Elixirs has a few other products as well, so be sure to have a look around the website and read over all the information there!

Product Review: Egg Poacher Cups

Product Test & Review

Egg Poacher Cups

Item link on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BPV6FW5

This set comes with 6 egglettes (the white cups, and the lid caps), 4 of the multiple colors of silicone egg min-bowls (not in my photos, but they are included and are shown on the Amazon ad), and an egg separator.

The cups, shown above are white and come with the caps that need to be put onto the white cups before use.

Once assembled, they are ready to use! Suggested use is to brush the white cup with a bit of oil before breaking the egg into it. Then you simply place the cup into boiling water. Cook time depends on how you like your eggs, some people prefer the yolk to be completely runny and others want it cooked through.

I recommend testing times before using these. The use of oil is also a good idea, as eggs can stick to almost any surface. You can also add herbs, or meats to the egg before it is cooked.

Note: I plan to test these (and the other included items), with recipes in an upcoming post. I am having a lot going on lately, so I couldn't test these properly --YET!

So...go get your own set at Amazon: Egg Poacher Cups http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BPV6FW5

and try my upcoming recipe ideas. ;)
