Wewalka Party!

Our most recent party included pastry and pizza dough from Wewalka!  

Wewalka was created by a European baker named Johann Wewalka, back in 1994. Now, the company provides fresh dough for more than 30 countries in Europe and Asia -- and is now here in America! A focus on high quality ingredients is evident in the products' before and after baking. 

The best ingredients have NO artificial flavors or colors, no high frutose corn syrup, no hydrogenated oils and no bleached flour. Suitable for vegetarians, and packaging that aids in freshness (one way valvue that vents CO2!).

Wewalka offers ready-to-use pastry, flatbread, pizza, and pie crusts. Available in various locations (click here to find a local store here you), I found it in the refrigerated section at Wal-Mart!

 

The products we tried were the Bistro Pizza, Classic Pizza and Puff Pastry doughs. The pizza doughs' were both fantastic, easy to use and baked up perfectly! Our recipes with the Puff Pasty dough also turned out fantastic, even though it was the first time using Puff Pastry for many of us. 

 

Above you can see the Classic Pizza crust, (left) it is the perfect rectangle shape for a regular sized cookie sheet pan. On the right is a finished pizza, YUMMY! The crust is about a medium thickness, and could be stretched out to a thinner crust, or doubled over for an double thickness. 

The crust above is the Bistro Pizza (Round and Thin Crust). This was my favorite of the two pizza crusts, it baked up great and had crisp edges and just enough crust to hold all my toppings.

3Doodler Start Party!

It's another 3Doodler Party! 

This time we are creating with the 3Doodler Start. This version of the 3Doodler 3D Pen is aimed for a younger crowd - although I honestly like this pen better! 

The 3Doodler Start Powerpuff Yourself kit

This 3Doodler Set is "Powderpuff Yourself" and includes a few added items! 

The box includes everything you need to make several designs; the pen, molds, usb charging cord, packs of plastic, instruction book and the activity guide. 

   

The activity guide, shown in the two picture above - gives ideas and complete instructions on how to create certain characters and parts.

The pen is a bit smaller and wider than the original 3Doodler, the 3 Doodler Start is simplified for a younger audience. The pen also charges using a USB charger, this took about 30 minutes to fully charge; and there is an indicator light.

DoodleBlocks & the DoodleMold

  

Using the included molds called DoodleBlocks to use in making your creations. The DoodleBlocks can be filled with the plastic and then removed.

I really do like this version of the 3Doodler pen, it doesn't get super hot - which is great because I burned myself  a lot with the original pen. The 3Doodler Start is made specifically for younger kids (ages 8 and up) so that they can create without any worry of them getting burned or being too afraid to use the pen.

This kit is also fantastic, I love the DoodleMold and DoodleBlocks! The activity guide is a really amazing tool that helps in the construction of the characters and gives ideas for original creations.

ORB Morph Mixer Party!!

ORB Morph Mixer Party

Brought to us by Morph Toy and Tryazon!

Morph is a formable, moldable ...fluffy...foamy....stuff. We had so much fun making random things with this, and then making new things. 

Morph comes in 6 great colors, and can be MIXED to create new colors.

From the package, it's in a bit of a crumbled form.

Then you work with Morph to form and shape it, it become softer and similar to a clay. But, Morph is super light, almost weighs nothing! You can mold it, shape it and form it; it holds it's shape!

Morph never dries out! This means you can create things, save them...and re-make them into something new. The more you pull and stretch Morph, the fluffier it becomes, adding air in between the "mini spheres" gives the Morph a look of fluff! 

Smash it all together for easy clean up! You don't even have to put it in a bag - it won't dry out!

 We actually had a competition with the boats. I challenged the adults to make a boat, that would float AND hold weight inside the boat.  Hint: The bigger, the better. The purple boat won, as we could put so many items inside before it tipped over.

The guests of this party were very happy to get time to play with this Morph "stuff", using it to make and remake all kinds of things. This will make a great Christmas gift!

It's a Party! A Whiffer Sniffer Party!

Welcome to the Whiffer Sniffers Back-to-School Party at The SugarHigh Lounge! 

The box of goodies...caution!

Whiffer Sniffers is a silly sounding name for a company that makes fantastic smelling, fun items! A "whiffer sniffer" is a small plush scented character that attaches to a backpack or bag using the matching clip.  Here's a video for more info...

Our party began with handing out gift bags. Inside the bags were mystery Whiffer Sniffers, a collectors book, a sticker set and an information sheet.

Whiffer Stickers!

After going over information about Whiffer Sniffers and looking through the collectors book, it was type to open the mystery boxes!

There were so many amazing, cute and adorable Whiffer Sniffers!

So many great characters! And they all smell yummy!

Macaroons and Chocolate Shakes are her faves!

The dog sniffed this one for far too long, haha!

Each character comes with a character card, that includes the name and information about that specific character, and the mini checklist for the collection that Whiffer Sniffer belongs in.

Every Whiffer Sniffer has a clip, so that the character can be attached almost anywhere. Backpacks, bags, purses, and even belt loops..these cute little friends can tag along with your kids (or you) everywhere they go! 

Each Whiffer Sniffer can be found in the Collectors Book, as well. With all the information about them!
