Product Review: Freewise Personal Fan

Product Review: Freewise Personal Fan

Product Link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071XHN33P

Video:

Included in the box: the fan (pink), instruction pamphlet, the base/stand (pink), a USB charging cord (yellow), and a lanyard tie (pink).

This fan is fairly small, about 4 inches tall, and would fit into most purses, handbags and backpacks. The base is about another 1/4-1/2 inch tall and when inserted into the base, the fan will stand upright while turned on (even on high).

The battery lasts for about an hour and a half (at least) on HIGH, and possibly 3 hours on low. This fan is powerful for being so small, with three speeds! The ability to hold the fan or keep it in the stand make this one of the best fans I have ever used. The batter life is impressive and although I keep it by my laptop, it would be great to take to work.

Charging using the provided USB cord is fast, and convenient as long as you are within range of a USB port (laptop, computer....a phone charger with adapter, even). There is an indicator light on the fan that turns RED when the battery-life is near empty.

Another handy feature this fan has is a lanyard you can attach to the end of the fan.

Be sure to check out the video HERE, that I made.

Product Review: Instant Peel by Earthen

Product Review

Earthen InstantPeelTM

Product Link: Here.
#instapeel

This box of exfoliater comes with 6 single use packets and a instructions booklet. Instructions state to use in the shower, where your skin can become super soft. Then you apply the liquid from a single packet and rub it on your face and neck. After several minutes, dead skin will begin to come off....

The directions recommend 7 minutes of rubbing this liquid on your face,...but...that's a LONG time to stand in the shower rubbing my face. I tried this on my arm and after 3 minutes, I gave up. It's simply too much time to spend to get this product to work. I tried it on my arm, for the 3 minutes and then my daughter tried it on her face for several minutes (she stopped after 4 minutes I think)...and not a thing happened for either of us.

The results were not noticeable, but the best thing is -- it IS gentle. My skin did not turn red or have any reaction at all.

I feel this product will work, but 7 minutes is a long time to rub a liquid on your face...and especially in the shower. That's a lot of water running down the drain!

Try it for yourself, and let me know how it goes!

Product Review: Bumble Road Bath Bombs

Product Review
Bumble Road Bath Bombs

This amazing set of FOUR bath bombs can be found on Amazon HERE, and I gotta say...these are the best I have tried. They are large, tennis ball sized bath bombs - SOLID, not hollow (see the end of this post, where I take a hammer to one).

MY video can be found HERE

BumbleRoad gives you these four LARGE bath bombs, that take about 3 full minutes (or more) to completely dissolve and fizz away into your bath water. Left behind is a lovely scented bath (and entire room), that will leave your skin soft and your mood lightened.

All of these fizzies are made with essential oils and contain epsom salts and shea butter.

The first that we tried, was the Really Rose bath bomb. The scent alone was enough for me!! Fantastic light rose smell and it even leaves little rose petals in the bath water! I took a video (not posted in full) of the duration of how long this bath bomb took to dissolve, and it really was over 3 minutes!!

Next is the Orange Creamsicle, which my son actually liked a lot. It has a hint of a sweet orange scent, but was not very strong - so my son was happy he didn't smell like perfume.

Next was the Lucious Lavender, which I loved since Lavender is my favorite scent. This bath bomb lightly tinted the water, though you can't see it since by bathtub is blue. The scent was light for this one as well, but perfect.

Then I smashed one. I had to find out if they were hallow, or if the center was filled with "filler". So, I took a hammer and smashed it. Results: its a solid ball of awesome! The scent on Yellow Grapefruitilicious is my favorite, it smells like ...well...clean. Kind of soapy, with a hint of citrus.

These bath bombs from BumbleRoad are a huge hit with my whole family, and I am seriously impressed with the quality.

Head over to Amazon *HERE* and stock up! Christmas is coming, and it's always good to have some gifts ready - just in case!

Product Review: Zest Paws Anti-Itch SHAMPOO for pets!

Product Review:
Zest Paws Oatmeal Anti-Itch Shampoo
(for pets)

Product Link: Here

Hey everyone! Last week I did a review for Zesty Paws' Oatmeal Anti-Itch CONDITIONER, this time we tried the SHAMPOO.

Similar to the conditioner, the shampoo has a sweet oatmeal scent. This shampoo is clear, but not too thin (yay, for high quality!).  It bubbles up nicely and makes a great lather with a small amount, and rinses off very easily.

My dog doesn't care for baths, but she tolerated this very well. I think the calming sweet scent helped. After her bath, her fur was soft and it did a great job at cleaning without leaving much of that sweet smell behind.
I DID notice she wasn't scratching as much as she had been, this could also be due to being clean--but her skin is very sensitive, so I do feel the shampoo did it's job.

Great shampoo, great quality...I do recommend this for dogs AND cats. Though I haven't tried it on MY cat, yet.

Get yours HERE on Zesty Paws.

Product Review: INNX Quilted Cargo Liner

Product Review:
INNX Quilted Cargo Liner
(For standard SUV)

Amazon Link: Here.

*Please visit the Amazon link above for exact measurement details. My vehicle is a Ford Explorer. As results may vary based on make and model of your vehicle - ensure this item will fit YOUR vehicle before purchase by taking measurements*

I like to go places, and do things - so the cargo area of my SUV gets used a LOT. Since that area is near impossible to GET clean - I want to keep it clean! A cargo liner is a fantastic idea for anyone with pets or kids...or anyone that plans on actually using the cargo area of their SUV.

So, firstly...if you drive an SUV or anything that has a large open space for items - you know how easy those items move around while you drive. It's often a mystery when you get home, to see if your groceries and other items have survived the trip intact -- or if you have a mess to clean up.

Many people store their extra oil/antifreeze and other vehicle maintenance items in the back - what happens when they drip or leak!?! I think every vehicle I have ever owned has an oil stain in the truck/cargo area! This cargo liner - prevents that!

A cargo liner protects your cargo area from spills, leaks, accidents and overall dirtiness that may happen!

So, of course I had to get my kid and my dog to try it...

His eyes are closed because he's a silly child. But, as you can see...the liner stays in place even though my son and our dog are out and in a few times for pictures.

This liner is quilted, with three layers of fabric (two layers of a waterproof durable polyester, with a soft filling layer in the middle). This makes the liner durable, waterproof ...and a comfy for your pet (or kids).

The liner has strategically places velcro strips to keep it in place. There are strips on the bottom (built in) to grab your vehicles carpet, and then the sides have velcro strips you can use (sticky tape). It also comes with two buckles to fasten to the back seat.

And look! A pocket for stuff!

Here's my son...looking for the stuff...HAHA!

Just look at the dog fur and dirt just from them climbing into the back for a few minutes!! This saves me having to climb back there to vacuum!

Protect your cargo area before it's too late!

Product Review- Konjac Activated Charcoal Sponge

Product Review - Konjac Activated Charcoal Sponge from Pooter's Cache

Video: Here.

Amazon Link: Here.

*click photos to enlarge*

This sponge is a facial and body sponge made from Konjac powder and activated bamboo charcoal. It's natural with no chemicals, or added preservatives.

The first use (right from the package) use can be seen in my video! Check the video out here! After the video, I allowed the sponge to dry! Below is what it looked like.

It kinda looks like a lump of charcoal! Then you just add water again, and it returns to its soft, spongy state!

This little sponge does not leave residue and is fairly resiliant, and doesn't seem like it will ever fall apart. When it's time to get a new one (every 2-3 weeks is recommended)- it's Biodegradable!

Add some soap, and it bubbles just like any other sponge would!

Use this sponge to clean your face - it helps cleanse pores and restore the PH balance of your skin.

Product Review: Le Gusto Kitchen Shears

Product Review: Le Gusto's Heavy Duty Kitchen Utility Shears

Product Link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N6DYYRL

My product test video: HERE

These shears...or scissors, as they could be called - have various uses. Firstly, the micro serrated edge gives you a textured "blade" to scale fish, which will come in handy while using the scissors to cut off the fins and whatnot. Also, a bottle opener is built into the non-serrated blade (see below photo).

On the handles you can find a nut cracker/bottle opener, as well (see photo below).

I tried these shears on everything I had in my kitchen...and some stuff laying around my house. Check out my VIDEO for more of that.  They work great at cutting items you would normal not want to touch - like raw meats and chicken - and hot peppers!

I also used them on cardboard (opened the evil packing tape on a package), I cut plastic bottles, used them on various other tasks around the house. Then, I went back and cut more veggies -- and they are still just as sharp!

*photo above*...how annoying is it to open the bacon packages!?!? These shears win just for that one purpose, honestly! Haha!

Everything in the baggy in the above picture was cut with Le Gusto's Shears. It's a snack size ziplock back - and its the veggie filling for a calzone!

Be sure to check out my video for 'show and tell' of these great utility shears!  Then run over to Amazon HERE, and get yourself a pair...or two! They aren't just for the kitchen - use them everywhere - even in the garden!

*Also, stay tuned for a recipe using these shears, coming soon!*
